Payroll is not where you want errors. And yet, much of what goes wrong in payroll doesn't happen in the calculation itself, but in the step before it: transferring employee data, contracts, and worked hours from the ERP to the payroll engine. The more often that happens manually or via export-and-import, the higher the chance that a contract change doesn't come through, that a leave day is counted twice, or that a new hire enters the system just a little too late.
We built a connector that automatically synchronises employee data, contracts, and work registrations between Odoo and Prisma, the payroll engine. The idea is simple: Odoo is the source for who works at your company, what contract they have, and how much they've worked. Prisma is the engine that pays out correctly on that basis. There should be no Excel sitting between the two.
How it works
Changes in Odoo such as a new hire, a contract update, approved hours, absences are passed to Prisma through the connector. The data arrives in the right format, at the right moment, linked to the right employee. Approvals and validations stay in Odoo, so the usual control moments are respected before anything leaves the building.
