In the food industry, training and compliance are not a formality but a daily requirement: hygiene, safety, and HACCP demand demonstrably certified staff, even with a large influx of temporary workers.

Mr. Mallo wanted to bring recruitment, training and certification together in a single environment, with airtight tracking of who is qualified for what.

We built an integrated HR and training platform in Odoo, with a recruitment flow starting from the website, a multilingual eLearning portal in the company's own branding, and a fully custom-built certification module tied directly to the employee profile.

Job postings feed the right pipeline automatically through email aliases, with date of birth as a unique identifier and personalised email templates for each stage.

Multilingual eLearning portal

Online and offline training in Dutch, French and English, in a recognisable learning environment with custom branding and clear passed/failed tracking.

Custom certification

Certification Groups linked to roles, with a compliance dashboard on the employee record, colour-coded status, and automatic expiry management for HR.

Access & temp staff management

Differentiated user profiles and one-click portal access, so external partners and temporary workers can get started smoothly and securely.
