A-group brings together more than ten companies, including ABOG: a contractor specialising in the maintenance of public infrastructure: verge and green management, road and tunnel maintenance, signalling and winter road service, working for public authorities such as Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer and De Vlaamse Waterweg.
The group wants to bring all these entities onto a shared Odoo foundation: common processes, consolidated reporting, and yet room for the individuality of each company.
The real challenge lies not only in the technology, but in the scale and the people. Rolling out one ERP across around multiple companies and dozens of departments means bringing hundreds of employees - from field crews and drivers to administration - along into a new way of working.
That is why we are taking a phased approach, with ABOG as the first entity where the foundation and the custom work take shape before we roll out more broadly.
