We're looking for an experienced Functional ERP Consultant to take ownership of implementations end to end: sitting between the client's business reality and the technical delivery, and making sure both sides end up with something that works.
About the Role:
You'll lead Odoo projects from first analysis through go-live: understanding a client's processes, mapping them to Odoo, configuring the system, guiding developers where custom work is needed, and bringing users along through testing and training.
You won't be doing this alone you'll have a senior consultant alongside you but you'll have real autonomy over your projects and clients from early on.
What you'll do
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Configure, customize and implement Odoo modules to fit client requirements
- Run gap analyses and propose practical solutions within the Odoo ecosystem
- Write functional specifications and turn business requirements into clear stories for developers
- Lead testing, UAT, training, and deployment
- Deliver functional support and keep clients confident through proactive communication
What you bring
- A Master's degree in computer science, economics or a related field
- Solid experience as a functional consultant, ideally with Odoo or a comparable ERP
- A strong grasp of business processes and how they translate into ERP functionality
- Experience writing functional specs and translating requirements into stories
- Hands-on experience with testing, UAT and training end-users
- Comfort documenting processes and system setups (UML, BPMN)
- Fluent English and Dutch; other languages are a plus

- Organized enough to run several clients at once without dropping detail
