At Endoo (part of the Endare group), we build Odoo implementations and AI products that fit how our clients actually work, not the other way around. We're a growing team that cares about doing things properly: sharp process analysis, clean configuration, and clients who trust us enough to keep coming back.
We're looking for a marketing intern who wants to learn how marketing works in the real world, not from behind a textbook. You'll work directly with our managing partner and the sales team, and you'll get real responsibility from early on, with guidance along the way.
The role
You'll get involved in our marketing from first brief to launch: getting to know our brand, market, and audience, helping shape strategy, building out campaigns, working on the design side (and seeing how we pull in outside experts when needed), and following stakeholders through review and rollout.
You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. A senior salesperson works alongside you, so you'll always have someone to learn from, but you'll get room to take real ownership of your own projects as you find your feet.
What you'll do
- Help drive marketing initiatives from first brief through launch
- Learn to translate the Endoo brand into a clear, workable strategy
- Build campaigns across the channels that matter, digital, content, social and beyond
- Follow stakeholders through review and rollout, and see how feedback shapes the work
- Track what happens after launch and use it to make the next campaign better
What you bring
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media included, and eagerness to learn on the job
- Strong writing and communication, you can explain an idea clearly to people who don't speak marketing
- A structured way of working, so juggling a few things at once doesn't rattle you
- Openness to working with consultants, developers, and other specialists
- Curiosity about different industries and how marketing adapts to each one
- A good eye for what makes a campaign land, and the honesty to speak up when something feels off

- You take initiative. You don't wait to be told every next step, you look for ways to help
- You're happy to work independently, but you know when to ask a senior colleague for input
- You like a mix of thinking and doing, and you're keen to get your hands dirty
- You communicate clearly and proactively, with the team and with clients
- You stay level-headed when priorities shift or deadlines tighten
